General:

Villa Pedrosa is a fully detached villa. Even though it is situated on a residential area (there are other villas around at some distance), it enjoys a very private position and it is not overlooked by other houses. The orientation of the villa's living space and terraces is south - east. Few villas in the area can compete with Villa Pedrosa spectacular views!  Twohundred degree undisturbed vistas which stretch all the way from the Sierra Nevada peaks over the town of Salobreña and its Moorish castle and further down over the Mediterranean. On very clear days one can even see Morocco!
The villa has large windows and glass sliding doors throughout the house so guests can enjoy the views and the gentle sea breeze to its fullest extent.

Outside:

Villa Pedrosa is surrounded by a mature Mediterranean garden with palm trees, colourful bougainvilla, wonderful smelling jasmin, a lemon tree, rosemary, olive trees etc. The villa has its own private pool (8m x 4m) which remains available for guests year round. Depending on the weather conditions swimming is possible from May to Oktober. 
Ample, south facing, teracotta tiled terraces surround the living area of the house. All terraces are secured with balustrades and there are no steps to climb. Just outside the living room, a covered patio offers astounishing views and lends itself perfectly for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunloungers and parasols are, of course, provided.
In front of the house there is plenty of parking for 3 cars.





Inside:

General:
Villa Pedrosa is build on 2 levels. The top level comprises the living room and dining area as well as the open plan kitchen. On each end of the villa there is a bedroom, each one with its own ensuite bathroom. The downstairs level offers another bedroom, with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a laundry room. The villa was designed in a very light and airy design with lots of windows

The kitchen:
Whatever you need in the kitchen, it is all available: plenty of pots,pans, cutlery, crockery, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave/oven, water boiler, frying pan, etc.





The living room and dining area:
The living room and the dining room in Villa Pedrosa are one. The large open plan design offers lots of room and the glass front ensures great views throughout! Since the weather on the Costa Tropical mostly allows outside dining, the villa has a covered outside patio as an extension to the dining room. At three paces from the kitchen and enjoying magnificent views, this patio is bound to become your favourite spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner!  During the winter months, a natural stone fire place heats up the living area. There is a tv with satellite reception (no sky), a DVD player and a sound system. 








The bedrooms:
Villa Pedrosa has 3 bedrooms, each one equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. 2 of the villa's bedrooms are located on the entry level of the house; on the same level as the kitchen, living area, the terraces and the pool. The third bedroom is situated on the lower level and has direct access to the garden.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, airconditioning, a safe and a hairdryer. Its bathroom has a bath, a shower, bidet, 2 sinks and a toilet. This bedroom overlooks the Mediterranean and enjoys magnificent views of the day's sunsets.

The guest bedroom is equipped with a double bed (queen size), airconditioning and its own ensuite shower room with a basin, toilet and a shower. In the morning this room offers breathtaking views of the day's sunrise and the direct views of the Sierra Nevada are absolutely stunning.


The 2nd guest bedroom on the downstairs level can be accessed through the house or through a separate entry from the garden. As it faces west, this bedroom has no sea views. This guest bedroom is very spacious as it was designed as an apartment. There are 2 twin beds and its bathroom offers a toilet, a basin and a half bath/shower. The walls of this part of the house are build with natural stone. Therefore it stays cool in the summer, and no airconditioning is needed. Fans are of course available and radiators ensure a comfortable temperature during the winter months.
